Yahoo! Pipes
So Yahoo! has come out with something called Pipes. Pipes are promoted as a nerded down something or another. That said, I have no idea what the hell this thing does. What I took away from an hour of poking around was that this would allow you to extract data from one site/feed then use that data on another. The example below shows the Pipe to search You Tube for songs on the iTunes top songs feed.
